The PURI-TEA Party:
In July of 2010 Plain Jane Project launched its first PURI-TEA Party! We invited Worship Leaders to lead us in wonderful worship & praise! Four Guest Speakers were invited to share their unique & life-changing testimonies on their pursuit of Christ-centered purity, including Founder of Plain Jane Project, Rowena Rodriguez as the keynote Speaker.
The PURI-TEA Party is an elegant tea party gathering Ladies in inter-generational fellowship to inspire conversations on the topic of Christ-centered purity.
We encourage all young & mature listeners of our PURI-TEA Party to prayerfully consider choosing a lifestyle of purity. Not only of sexual purity until marriage but purity of heart, mind, body, & soul.
The PURI-TEA Remix:
Following the PURI-TEA Party women & girls are invited to participate in our PURI-TEA REMIX. A "remix" because we hope to stir up personal reflections on the topic of biblical purity. Set up in Small Group fashion, we delve deeper into personally preparing each young woman for a lifestyle of purity through a study of scripture, mentoring, & prayerful covering.
The PURI-TEA REMIX is a time of reflection, conversation, & preparation of the hearts & minds of Ladies who choose to enter into holy courtship with Christ as their suitor.
We introduce Plain Jane Project's partner, White Cord Ministries; a biblically based curriculum for living an adventurous life committed to purity. White Cord endeavors to support existing ministries in equipping Believers in a pure & honest walk with God, as well as provide curriculum for churches & mission organizations to launch Purity Groups within their communities.
Attendance at the Plain Jane Project PURI-TEA REMIX is a pre-requisite for participating in the Purity Ring Ceremony that will take place at the Plain Jane Project PROPOSAL NIGHT coming this October of 2010.
